Attorneys

Many of our clients come to us as a result of referrals from other attorneys who are aware of our experience and success handling first party insurance claims.

Co-counsel relationships are affiliations formed when one attorney seeks the assistance of another attorney, usually based upon expanded experience with the topic at hand. We encourage and welcome these opportunities, and share fees based upon our level of involvement as required by the rules regulating the Florida Bar.

We appreciate all of the referrals that we receive from other attorneys, and understand the level of trust placed with us to competently handle and succeed with referred cases.

Working with Public Adjusters

The Firm often works with public adjusters when clients come to us for representation.  We recognize the value of a public adjuster as a member of the "team" prosecuting the insureds claim for policy benefits.
